American Legion Battlefields Post #144 offers a FREE online Job Bank for employers and job applicants, including veterans.

Veterans have technical and professional skills developed in proven training and honed on the job. Veterans are team players who are committed to mission and their team members. They have exercised leadership. As a group, veterans offer the best to employers. We intend to serve the needs of veterans in our community who seek employment and to support employers who need skilled, dedicated workers.

Go to the Job Bank menu and select the link appropriate for you—Employers or Job Seekers.

Employers

You must follow these steps to post jobs on our Web site:

• Register (or Login) with this Web site
• On the registration form, choose the appropriate Job Bank Use category (Job Seeker)
• Open the Job Seeker link in the Job Bank menu
• Upload your resume (Add Resume)
• Create one or more cover letters for your resumes (Add Cover Letter)
• Search resumes currently in the database
• Allocate appropriate resumes to the job or jobs you’ve posted
• Contact the applicants

That’s all there is to it! There is no cost to you to post a job on our Web site.
