We have one of the best facilities in the east end of Henrico. We have:

• A safe, well-lit parking lot
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A party room that seats 200 people
• Free ice
• A well-shaded picnic pavilion

All of this is available for a reasonable price!

We strive to keep this a family-friendly place.If you have other ideas you need not apply; you will be thoroughly screened. Let’s keep it clean—if not, you will lose your deposit and be barred from renting again.

There are plenty open dates left from August through December. Rent, Party, and Enjoy!
